KITCHEN
£30 + VAT 

The Kitchen in the basement may be hired at an additional charge of £30.00 + VAT per session. Hirers must bring their own supplies.  It is not suitable for extensive catering and must not be used by outside caterers.  Please make sure that any crockery used is washed up and put away after use. The Kitchen must be left as it was found. It is important to note that there may be other hirers using the Kitchen when you are. Hiring of the Kitchen does not give you sole use of it. There are written instructions for use of the large urn. These must be adhered to strictly.

  • 1 Dishwasher
  • 3 hot water urns
  • 1 kettle
  • 3 french presses
  • 50+ porcelain cups and saucers
  • 20 glass tumblers
  • 2 glass jugs

DIGITAL PROJECTOR/AUDIO PACKAGE
£65 +VAT 

The Digital projector/Audio package is avalible in Swedenborg Hall, it includes:

  • Wireless WUXGA full HD plus projector
  • Screen on wall – 1.98m wide
  • PA system with Wharfedale Pro speakers
  • CAT 5 connection (HDMI, USB C, VGA & XLR audio)
  • 1 wireless roving microphone
  • 2 professional Shure wired microphones
  • Lectern microphone
  • Blueray player
  • Induction loop
  • On-site concierge/technical support
  • Wifi

PIANO
£50 +VAT

An upright Steinway piano is available for hire in Swedenborg Hall. The piano is tuned twice a year by Steinway and Sons.

DIGITAL PROJECTOR WITH PORTABLE SCREEN
£40 +VAT 

The Digital projector and portable screen are available in the David Wynter Room.

FLIPCHART/WHITEBOARD
£7 + VAT

We have 3 A2 flipcharts available to hire. The flipchart has an A2 paper pad and the bottom layer of the chart is a whiteboard surface. Marker pens and whiteboard pens can be provided, please let us know in advance if you need either.

TRESTLE TABLES
Free of charge

We have 6 large trestle tables which we can provide for use in Swedenborg Hall. If you would like to use the tables you must let us know in advance.
